Business is a kind of puzzle for many Budget Departments around the World, because of a leak of paid taxes between vendors and buyers on the Google advertising Platform.Nobody knows today, how Google will solve that economical problem. But recently, Google's CEO Eric Schmidt met the French President Nicolas Sarkozy, and announced that Google was about to create a European R&D center, based in France. A thousand of jobs could be created, which is a good news for the French economy. It appears that Google could try to tease the French Government, avoiding the tax problem. The second major announcement is undoubtly the launch of a European cultural Institute. This future center will have the mission to promote, develop, coordinate and provide, all of the digital information sources that the Company manages today, and also to try to grab more sources from the different European Countries for which Google doesn't have the rights.
