There is one big Market that Google missed these last years: Social Networking. If Google succeed  with YouTube, and was able to aim people browsing videos and bounce from one to another, there is no strategy behind YouTube. The leak point is probably that Google couldn't be able to focus a group of People on a community concept. On that Market, Google is a follower, and not a leader.

Individually speaking, Google business is a success, but socialy speaking, Google needs to make it's strategy evolve quickly. Because Internet is moving fast, all of the major players need to readapt their strategy. Because people are spending more time on Facebook than Google Applications today, Facebook as just passed them in popularity.
